A 1938-41 Kamera Werkstatten 6x6 Pilot Super. In nice shape, everything appears to be functional, a fun little camera. Due to the color of the chrome trim I believe it is polished nickel.Very interesting light meter on the front -top of the view finder lid. The lenses where interchangable. Younger brother of the Pilot 6 which is what I was after when I stumbled upon this Super.
Ahh, another one I wish I had! I love the Pilots!
had to check the film size yup 220 .... http://www.jnoir.eu/en/cameras/kw/pilot/
oops 120...
220 Film. 220 film is the same width as 120, but with double length (144 cm) and thus twice the number of exposures per roll. ... This allows a longer film on the same spool, but as a result, there are no printed frame numbers for old cameras that have a red window as a frame indicator. 220 is getting harder to find as well
Like digging up these old posts, that have been forgotten...
Thank you Rocky22222! So do I mrcolorz and thank you for the love.
