Very pretty ! It does not look 100 years old to me so not sure what that label is . The brass appears to be in style of 1960's-70's . The flowers appear to be decals ? are they hand painted onto glass or applied ? I would call it a "Gone with the Wind lamp" triple font lamp . I am not an expert in this area it comes from seeing these lamps and my Mom had a true antique one and as a young girl I accidentally hit it with the vacuum and broke it , I will never forget that day my Mom cried it was a beautiful lamp that belonged to her grandmother . Hopefully someone that is a lamp expert will explain paper label you found . Thanks for sharing it !

Hand painted and the flowers are painted on and the center of flowers are slightly raised, with a pebble feel. Thanks for your comment.
