Looking to find out anything I can about this Buddha, the story goes that when my dad was deployed to Korea in the early 50's the allies captured a headquarters compound, there was a small temple with this buddha and some other items and the men were ordered to remove everything and destroy it, to make a long story short we ended up with it. It appears to made of wood, very lightweight, balsa? Stands 10' tall, 8" wide, 6" deep, there are some fingers broken.
