When a person joined the Navy this Bluejacket's Manual was a standard issue book. The first bluejacket manual was issued to sailors in 1902. The 1917 manual was issued to my grandfather, the 1940 was issued to my father and the third manual was issued to my brother in 1958.
I Salute them ALL for serveing our Country.....
