Miller LA57 neon sign manufactured by Gage In-Store Marketing on July 28, 1997
The sign has four different levels and four neon colors
I bought this as part of a large collection. As you can see by the last photo, it was in really bad shape...broken neon covered in nicotine, dead bugs and old spider webs (see the clean spots)
I disassembled and cleaned the whole sign...neon tubes, wires, transformer, screws, everything!...a whole bottle of Windex and a roll of paper towels. Special thanks to Frank from Extreme Neon in NJ for his masterful repair of the neon tubes
I re-assembled the sign...and broke one of the tubes, back to the neon shop!
It is finally complete, clean, and a great sign
You can imagine the time it took to complete this restoration...I decided to do it as I have never seen another one like it
I had one of these briefly 8-10 years ago. I really loved the sign but sold it for a good price. It sold pretty quickly I might add.
Glad you posted this,as I just bought one of these last night myself. Had never seen or heard of one before this. An amazing neon-what craftsmanship!
