Abstract Art Rubberized Glass

I have never seen glassware like these before. I have 5, all have abstract art pictures that are sealed in a yellow rubberized coating. The backs are plain rubber over glass. A thin white ring near the top of the glass, about 6" tall. Crazy things, they feel crazy! Has anyone seen these before (or the artists?) Thanks
