These buttons were given to me years ago from my Grandmother, she was a Russian Immigrant. I have no idea of the history, value, etc, I have just always loved them. There's so much detail. I have 14 different ones, most of them are about the size of a dime. Any info would be welcome. Thanks!

      Info from Carol Cienna, VintageButtons.net
The "man in the moon" one is called Periott and Periette (my spelling may be off), it's a French theater subject, they are on a stage. Consequently it has a half moon inner border. The background is stamped brass made to look like fabric. I saw this button when I was new to collecting and was sure it was a valuable, rare treasure. It's a very cool button with lots of detail. The Periott is a jester kneeling in front of the Periette (woman), it's based on a comic French stage play. These are very easy to find in the $5-$10 range depending on condition and size. Larger goes for the most, small would go as low as $3. Little BoPeep is a little less common, maybe $8 for that one and any button with a child on it is one collectors love, so the last one Mother and Child is more like a $15 button. Whomever proclaimed your buttons as "poke" quality must be a very jaded long-time collector. A new or medium range collector would be pleased to have these buttons in their collection.
