found this cool model cigar lighter of the SC Johnson Wax Research Tower, in Racine Wisconsin.

The story I heard was that Mr. Johnson ordered these lighters as gifts for friends/visitors to his radical and amazing Wright designed research facility, built in 1944.

a very funny story i heard as a kid was that FLW was asked to come to Mr. Johnson's office and when he got there, Mr. Johnson pointed to one of many leaks which was leaking right on his desk. He asked FLW what he was going to do about it, and his reply was 'Move your desk over there.' and then he walked out. i heard this story when i was 13 and visiting Fallingwater for the first time. i'm not sure how accurate my memory is, but that's what i remember...

thanks, ho2cultcha--I've heard the story, so it must be true! The version I heard was that it was at Mr. Johnson's home, also designed by Wright. One night, Johnson was giving a dinner party, and it started raining. The roof starting leaking shortly thereafter. Johnson called Wright to complain, saying that there was a drip right over his chair, to which Wright responded, guess you better move your chair!
