    I got this from a Antique store 20 years ago, it is so beautiful i don't know if it is for tea or Tobacco 6" by 6" by 5" and the key will work still.

      Here is the trademark possibly from 1790-1840s i read?

      Most likely T Turner was just the lock mfg.
      I found a reference to T Turner Secure lever lock on a safe.
