Over the past fifteen years, the Fairy Lamp Club has deveveloped an extensive library of undocumented fairy lamps (over 450 examples). While we have a good handle on the British makers, many of the Bohemian makers remain a mystery. We have identified a few through catalogs, some we "guess at", others are completely unknown.
Since there seems to many knowledgeable Bohemian glass collectors in this forum, I thought I would show you a few examples in hopes of finding specific documentation on the makers. I know that identifying Bohemian glass makers is problematic at best and speculation is of little value to me without positive documentation.
I know I am asking a lot but any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated. Jim.
I certainly would agree, however, I have come across several Bohemian catalogs and advertizements that help to strengthen the attributions. Perhaps this thread will help to locate more such evidence.
Please share your Bohemian catalogues and adverts There are a bunch of Bohemian collectors on this site that would lve to se them.
Your collection is truely stunning. I am down here in Australia and we did not get any of these great lamps down here just a few Clarks and the odd Webb MOP WOW I want to collect them now!!
