This is a hand drawn & painted plaque by Edward Donovan who had it in his private Gallery from about 1907 to 1917 when his gallery closed to the public due to money problems. Then it went into the Natural History Museum in England all stamped & dated. I do have more information but at the moment I cannot put my hands on. I do believe that Edward got his information for his sketches from Sir Joseph Banks as he never travelled to Australia. I hope you all like. I am thinking of removing this object to sell on Alan Carters Antiques /Collectables. Keep your eye open I believe it is worth over $1ooo & have no-one to pass it down to so better in my pocket then a strangers.
