Japanese Satsuma or Chinese Dragon VASE- Age? Marks? Any Info?

This large 21" tall by 13" wide Satsuma-like Vase was purchased at the same Estate Sale as the Lenci Pottery Figurine I listed on this site and that I sold in December. It not only is large, but it is profusely decorated with yellow & red five-toad Dragons, flowers, flames, cartouches with pink Chrysanthemums....in fact, there isn't a centimeter on it that is not decorated. Even the thick gold panels have remnants of decoration. Is this vase Chinese or Japanese and any idea on age? The only markings underneath (see photo) consist of three dotted circles in red. My wife keeps long-stemmed dried twigs in it because it is much too large for flowers. Thanks everyone! RER (BOB) LOUMANAL
