Possible Antique?

Hi, I have a piece of furniture that could possible be an antique and would like to know how to find out if it is?

its round hand made, what looks like a bedside dresser or possibly used for jewelry. It stands about 3 feet tall and has a copper/brass handles and a label on the top of it that says "Pia Rai International"
