Vintage Deco Style Lady In A Hat JJ? Jewelry Company 14k Pendant HELP

This is a Stumper...here is the story I bought her in a pawn shop many years ago. I did not know anything about her. She is made of solid 14k yellow gold and weighs 6.4 grams. She measures 2.75 x 0.75 inches and she is not hallmarked and nor is she stamped anywhere. I found an exact image as a brooch made by the JJ Jewelry company that makes costume brooches and Deco Style pieces of Ladies and Men. I have tried contacting the JJ Company but no one knows anything about Vintage pieces...its very well made and solid! I think the bail was added later...Let me know your thoughts...thanks CW friends!!!
