This piece is 5 1/2" high - is unmarked and it has been in my family for about 30 years or more and was purchased at an antiques shop. I have no idea as to its origin or its worth and if anyone can give me any information, I would so apprecaite it. I have never seen one similar and have done a bit of research..

Any markings on the bottom? It has the style of the J.P. Limoges Muscle vase. They were generally a bit larger.

No - as I said in my posting, there are no markings at all!

Sorry, I missed that it was 6 am when I looked, guess I wasn't awake. But it does have the style of the Limoges Muscle vase...
