Czech dish with metal rose finial

This dish is from the earlier part of the 20th century made In Czechoslovakia or France or maybe...Both. The glass in a soft cased white with chocolate brown marbled outside and inside the piece- an interesting effect because you can see the inside decor faintly under the surface. The rose finial is made with stamped brass leaves and the flower petals are hand cut, pinched and formed.

This was probably a vanity or powder dish. The best thing about it how simple two colors can work... similar to an old sepia photograph.
