    I believe this is a chromium plated dish, probably 1950's period. Plastic or Bakelite handle with metal crest attached. It is marked VRC with the words Pro Aris et Focis. There is a crown at the top. I figure it is military related. If someone can let me know what the crest stands for, that would be much appreciated!
