Large paperweight from Tallinn, Estonia

This was purchased at a small gallery shop in the Old Town section of Tallinn, Estonia during a Baltic cruise in 2009. Unfortunately I either did not receive any paperwork on the artist, or I have since lost the paperwork, but it is signed on the bottom with what looks like "Rael V" or possibly Paul (I couldn't get a better photo of the signature, but you can kind of see it)

It has a very pretty purple "egg" bubble which was blown into the clear glass larger shape (you can see a small tail at the top of the egg in the middle photo) with an added detail on the outside with the clear glass which looks somewhat like a nest around the egg.
