I actually have several different collections - primarily because when I find something I really like, I feel it looks lonely by itself, so I build a collection arouI actually have several different collections - primarily because when I find something I really like, I feel it looks lonely by itself, so I build a collection around it. My largest collections - and those which I am always adding to - are my Art Glass collection (currently filling two bookcases and an entire display wall) in the family room, and my Salt Glazed Stoneware collection (residing in the living room, predominantly on top of a 1920 vertical grand piano). I also have a small collection of Salt Cellars, an art pottery collection comprised primarily of American pottery and Raku - but I recently discovered Paul Dachsel and the Austrian Art Pottery and Secessionist era, and I'm chomping at the bit to add one of those.
