I am not sure whether this pocket watch is authentic or just a modern fantasy reproduction piece. It has the same dial as a 1951 wristwatch by Ingraham.
Despite some staining on the right hand side of the dial between 2 - 5 O'clock, the print quality on the 'paper' dial is excellent . The movement says 'Made In USA' and has '9 57' engraved on the plate. I have not come across any write up on this pocket watch in any reference books. Any information will be very much appreciated.

Additional Note : I have looked at Kerry's wristwatch carefully and have noticed that for the pocket watch, there are some letters written below TOPPIE on the elephant's jacket but not on the wristwatch. The lettering are so small that I can only see USA in the end. Also, on the top of the pocket watch dial, it is written 'Top Value Enterprises Inc Datton Ohio' in very sharp letters but out of focus in the picture.
George, this is a great piece and is original. You might change your description though. These are promo's for "Top Value" trading stamps, not Bread.Back in the 1950's and 60's trading stamps were giving out for just about the everything, the more you spent atthe store or gas station, the more stamps you'd get. Then you could trade them in on "Goods" that was offered. Agin nice piece and thanks for sharing.

George, I've got the thermos, I'd be willing to part with for say....... 1/4 of that LOL.
It's possible that it's a New Haven or Westclox movement, both and the Ingraham would be correct, Depends on who was making them cheaper for the bid.
Example to this would be The Rudolph wristwatch, both Ingersoll and Ingraham made them to be sold for Montgomery Wards, slight differences in the dail, but if a person didn't know, or have them side-by-side, you would have to look at the movement. Btw, one faces left the other faces right. Kerry
