I have collected Coca Cola advertising items since I was ten years old traveling with my parents through the South. I came across this sign two years ago in a warehouse behind stacks of Coke coolers. It had been there for years. I have only found one other example online in Tarrytown, GA still hanging outside. That sign is so rusty the Sprite looks demonic.

The sign comes in two pieces with rounded sides and was wood framed. That wood had rotted so I was forced to replace some pieces.

Since I found this in Indianapolis I wondered if it came from the downtown bottling plant.

It's a big-un!. There are other's exactly the same posted on here already, a fairly common but very cool monster sized sign!

One just sold on eBay recently, something less than $400 (though yours looks to be in better shape). I tip my hat to you for displaying such a mammoth sign. Large and In Charge!

The sign is porcelain but the patina kind of adds to the look. The ebay sign looks like it was beyond redemption.

Looks like painted on tin to me.

I'm always cautious about cleaning or restoring. Antiques dealers have told me to leave it alone. It will probably end up with a dealer since I'm moving to home that can't accommodate it's size.

I see your trying to sell your sign on Craigslist for $3800.00

I did put it up on CL because I was moving homes. Now that I got moved I decided to put it in my showroom at N-Complete Tractors. We restore to new condition Ford 8N, 9N, and Jubilee tractors. The sign is now the background of an experimental tractor that was built by Henry Ford.

How about an updated pic of sign in new location?
