Salesman Demonstrator (Sample) of a ruggedly built gate with a sliding lock bar. I constructed the base and posts in order to display the gate. No patent information found at this time. The model is 25" x 3" x 12.5" including the base and posts. My guess is that this gate was created between 1900 and 1950. It could be a prototype model for a farm built gate.
