    Hello Again,
    I bought this a few days ago, interested in the translation, and intrigued by the inscription,' Helen Louise Revere, from her friend, M. Crofts, Boston, September 30th?, 1839 '
    It's a beautiful little volume, not in the best shape, but complete.
    I did a bit of research on the first name and found a newspaper notice from the later 1800's,( I don't remember the year, sorry ), for an unclaimed letter addressed to Helen Louise Revere.
    All that I could think of was Paul Revere,.....could she be a relative?
    I'm not much of a sleuth, but I will try to persevere.
    Any information welcome.

      I found her descendent's have made a family tree online: http://www.thacherfamily.org/tng/familygroup.php?familyID=F4051&tree=thacher and that she passed away in New Jersey. Such wonderful binding! Love it!
