I completely forgot that I had this watch. Its missing almost everything...including the hands and the time piece itself. Its just the case and the face basically. But I'm happy to have it just the way it is. Don't see too many of these around, and the ones I do see, are totally priced too high for me!
Judging by the style of Mickey, this is very early. One small island I have lived on had mice that had round black ears like Mickey. Never seen them anywhere else & didn't have the heart to kill such comical creatures.
yep, that's the real McCoy, first Mickey pocket watch with no subdial. I have the piece and parts to rebuild this.
Kerry...are you serious? Do you know how? If so, can we talk prices?
kerry, may I be your agent? LOL
This is a lovely rare piece well worth restoring. Thanks for sharing.
Great restoration! Well done Kerry!
Lynn, have it done and here's the end result, BTW prices for repairs, Nadda, send back to you in the morning. Hope it will bring you smiles, that's reward enough.

Thanks for the complement George, and@ blunderbuss2, sure thing, I'll send you 10% of my fee, lol.
Kerry...I am very pleased with what you've done. I am overly excited to get it back and display it with all my others. If I ever get my hands on a set of "mickey hands" for this watch....I will have them added to the peice making it as complete as I can get it. But until then, I'm perfectly happy with what I see in the pictures. I definately owe you a few... : )
Lynn, sent you an email with tracking # attached. Should have it back in a couple days. Kerry
Got it. Thank you so much!
No problem, hope it puts a smile on your face and enjoy :-)
Good day mickey133, I sent an email with a tip on how to fabricate correct style hands, using 1933-37 wrist watch hands. If you didn't get it, might check "Spam" folder.
Kerry
I finally got my hands on hands for this watch so it's presently in full form. All my thanks to Kerry and all of his help. It wouldn't be the working watch it is now without him.
