I have had this piece of cruise-line history in my living room half-way hidden by a couch. I was rearranging things when it clicked the white star was the "Titanics" cruise-line. one state room baggage sticker dates it to 1920 aboard the "Aquatania" the last great steamship in service. it was commissioned in both great wars. I haven't been able to verify that the monogram. P. E Allen is the same Allen who operated the Allen Fire-arm comp.i believe they supplied the ship with their munitions? anyone know more about this case I would be more than happy to receive any input.. super cool
