When I was a little kid this Delft blue plate was hanging on the wall in the room. It is a very large plate (diameter 42 cm/ 16.5 ") and I imagined that time that this was a giant's plate.
When my parents were both deceased I inherited. Nowadays it hangs in our room. Because I actually already realize that it is so called Delft Blue but do not know how old I am going to examine. What appears is that it is handpainted fabricated in: The Porceleyne Fles in Delft - Holland in 1948.
The initials of the maker behind the plate (photo number 4): HW for: H.J.A. Weinberg painter at Porceleyne Fles from 1938 to 1971.
