This is a Creamer from my personal collection, it was produced in 1904 by the Northwood Company, and the Pattern is Called Inverted Fan and Feather.
It’s in Excellent Condition, The gold is also Very Well Preserved especially for over 100 years old! I love the Blue Glass mixed with the Gold Coloring it’s an Awesome Combination!

Gorgeous piece. Actually, Dugan was responsible for producing this pattern in emerald opalescent blue (as well as emerald green). The pattern did originate with Northwood at his factory at Indiana, PA which became part of the National Glass Company. Harry and his brother Carl left for England to manage the National's London office in 1901. Thomas Dugan then became manager of the Indiana, PA plant. The Northwood brothers returned in 1902 and began a new glass works in Wheeling at the old Hobbs Brockunier factory. When National was going under, Dugan bought the Indiana, PA plant and became the Dugan Glass Co. in 1904. Among the assets sold were moulds that were part of Northwood's production when he owned the factory, pre-National. It does get very confusing with patterns that were produced by Northwood-National-Dugan.
Very True Paul of course the fact that happened makes Identifying the patterns more difficult and challenges us to research and study more on the early American Glass Companies which is fun and I see you've done your homework as well:)

I've been searching for hours and found this site extremely helpful. I was house cleaning and took everything out of the cupboards to clean. I decided to check some things out. I own this creamer (although my initial search was blue pitcher) and 6 glasses. I learned here that it was Dugan and not Northwood. The green version shows up a lot, but this is the only place I've seen the blue. Thanks so much for sharing.

Thanks Rose! I appreciate the comment! The snow is finally melting here as well, it has been a very cold Winter here in Michigan this year, the 1972 record, I believe was broken for the coldest february ever.
