    I picked these up at Goodwill in Sacramento. They are vintage 1950s/1960s (not sure of the date) from Japan. They are very unique and hard to find so I got lucky.

      You did get lucky! I remember these from my childhood, now I'll have to see if Mom still has those, probably not.. there were six of us kids to do damage! So glad you rescued these for yourself!
