It's the most uncommon ball point I've ever seen.
Black Bakelite barrel and cap this pen is well built. Ordinary things like a carton box, brass clip and trim won't surprise any of us, but the true feature that amazed me was this fixed ink container. Since there is no way of getting it replaced, I suppose these pens were designed to be disposable ones. Witch is strange, given the "Fountain Pen" looks of it. It sure is not a luxury pen, but by the time it was produced ( assuming it was made in 1950s) there must have been cheaper pens around.
"???????" in Bulgarian means Papyrus - one more clue to its ancient origin :)
The pen itself is a nice thing to hold, measures exactly 5 inches and is well balanced. No markings, stamps and hallmarks to help identify the company produced it, but during those times all factories were government property and this fact explains a lot. Since there was no competition, there was no need for advertising - stores were almost empty and to manage to get something good one had to be a close relative to the store sales manager.
So I hope this is something you've never seen and there is some useful information in this post.
