Another inexpensive auction find. A Suunto vintage compass made in Helsinki, Finland. I understand this company is famous for it's technology in diving equipment as well. The glass is clear on both sides and it reads true north perfectly. I'm not familiar with using the markings on the sides. I thought perhaps it was a military piece. I love to hike so now I need to get into orienteering!
