I am looking for any information regarding this soccer table. I have not been able to find another one online anywhere. I found it at an auction and it looked pretty beat up (which i am assuming is why no one else bid on it), but it was really just very dirty. After I actually set it up and cleaned it a little, it is in decent shape and fully functional.
I assume the maker is Ventura (see picture), but other than that, no luck. Any info as to age, rarity, etc. would be greatly appreciated. A few notes:
- the players rotate and "kick", but do not move otherwise.
- the goalies move side to side and throw up their arms when you squeeze the handle.
- there is a sticker under the opposite goal which says "brevettato", Italian for "patented"
- the table itself is tin, while the sides and legs are painted wood
Thanks!
Not sure, but maybe a "slide action rod" type soccer table. Just guessing.

I own this item. Xmas 1961. Bought at FAO Schwarz for about $45.
I collected soccer games, and own the same one you have on display (but not cleaned up as yours is). Not sure what it weighs, but it's quite heavy. One player unfortunately sticks. Paid $80 for it about 18 years ago.
