I am not asking to sell these here, but just seeing if anyone knows anything about such items and if there is a market for them? These slides were found and are labelled:
"Star Wars Key Sets 1 + 2" (around 700 slides)
"Empire Strikes Back - Master Transparencies" (over 350 slides)
"Revenge of the Jedi", and copyright 1982 (less than 100 slides).
Each transparency is labelled with code number and a further legend e.g. "Copyright 1977 20th Century Fox Corporation All Rights Reserved"
and others are marked with a logo comprising the words "Star Wars" and and then a code and "copyright 1980 Lucasfilm Ltd All Rights Reserved". These appear to be authentic and the scenes are not only of shots from the films but also of the backstage during filming. We don't know what to do with these and were just wondering if there was a collectables market for them? Thanks.
