Just because I found new homes for some of my treasures doesn't mean that I am not always on the hunt for new ones. I love looking for treasures, almost more than the pleasure I get from having treasures.
Wandering around on a quick S. Army stop yielded this very interesting piece. It is wood, not too heavy, 12 inches across and 10 high. It is made of wood but not sure which wood.
As you can see it can go in many directions. I can see Danish, African, Asian...Or styles...Brutalist, folk, Scandinavian...
Anyone want to venture some ideas? I won't let my opinions taint the process here, so let her rip with ideas!
I know, wild right?
No, Treasure Craft is a pottery that looks like wood. This is actual wood. Good guess though!
Nice ! I found something similar only in a black ceramic ( no mark). Has three branches. Reminds me of a "Saguaro" cactus.
I'll say for candles most likely. :)
Oh no, not Pier One! Drat! Thought it might be of exotic origins...well exotic to me. Thanks Geno for the info and thank you everyone for the loves!
