    I did some cleaning up on the weekend and came across this coin. It is marked 1913, making it exactly 100 years old.
    I got the coin from one of my godfathers. I remember looking it up a few years ago and finding out that it has very little monetary value, however, it has a lot of sentimental value for me.

      Nice, better than average condition, Bavarian 3 mark. Poor King Otto (who was insane) spent most of his life locked up in a Danish Castle while his uncle Luitpold ruled Bavaria as his regent.
