A recent purchase, bought from former antique shop owners, whom I've recently bought quite a few things from as they are retiring.
I need to research this better, as this is a company I've not heard of, but they make nice pieces!
Made by the Summit Ceramics, Eveleth, Mn.
    Looks hand painted.
    No idea on age/artist
    Cheers!!

I don't know the maker, but we used to make these in Alaska. I had a ceramic shop and we would pour the brown native clay from Cook Inlet inside the mold, swirl it around and pour it back out, then pour in the white slip, giving this that wonderful brown swirls. I haven't seen one of these since I left AK 20 years ago. Thanks for the memories. :0)
