I don't know the maker, but we used to make these in Alaska. I had a ceramic shop and we would pour the brown native clay from Cook Inlet inside the mold, swirl it around and pour it back out, then po...

I do believe it is Fenton milk glass. You can search through Tias, Ruby Lane, or Just Glass, and you will see many similar examples, all Fenton.
