Newly Acquired Child's bike

I found this child's bike at a local garage sale and was taken by the style of it. It has been painted with a silver paint which seems to come off to a certain extent when simply washing it. Underneath it appears to have been a gold color. The fender apprears to be chrome under the silver paint. There is no decal or manufacturers name on it as far as i can see. I have looked on the tires and posts but can't find anything except one place where it says Deluxe and Unscrew. The tires are solid rubber . Does anyone have any idea of the age and manufacturer of this bike?
