I have had this piece for about 40 years and loved but have never tried to get any history on it? The front of the sign is painted glass illuminated with a Lumiline bulb. The bulb also is te heat source for the bubble lights. They all work. Any info would be appreciated.

Nice sign. I bought one for LION varnish years ago that was a bubble sign like this.

Your sign was made by Biolite in NYC in the 30s or 40s. The style of sign is very unique as the most important part is the bubble letters. If one would ever break, they are virtually impossible to find a replacement. If you would be interested in selling the light, I collect this style light and would be very interested.
