Another piece from my neighbour.
It had water scale inside so assumed it was used as a rose bowl, but it has the protrusion in the base.
If you turn it over it appears that you could put a candle in it.
Light green in colour, nice evenly spaced bubbles throughout?
3.5" in dia. 3" high with a 1.5" opening
Calling all glass experts I need your help on this one.
I'd guess candle holder. There has been a lot of pieces here about symmetry with bubbles. These look kind of lined up to me. Glow?
I hope you are doing well!
Oh, and could your avatar be cuter!
stunning !!! very beautiful!!!!
Thanks for the love & both comments, I'm thinking candle holder the more that I look at this.
The bubbles are nicely lined up, but no glow.
Thanks Sean for the love & the comment.
Thanks for the love & the comment Phil!
I will try to post another picture later showing how nicely the bubbles line up.

Love the order of the bubbles,...........I'd concur with Amber, mod and artistic mid century~early 70's Candlestick!
Thanks for the love & your input on this wonderful piece Budek.
David, unique design, I'm also thinking candle holder, as for date, not a clue. Pretty neat the way it seems to "Flow"
Thanks for the love & your thoughts on this one Kerry.
Thanks for re loving this one Sis :-)
Another unsolved mystery. Hedge is not alone
Thanks for loving this mystery Aim.
Sometimes we just don't get the answers that we seek.
It would look great with a big purple Gerber Daisy in it. :^)
Okay Aim, I'll have to take your word on that.
I had to Google, Gerber Daisy :-)
Typical male not knowing about flowers, but at least you looked it up :^)
I think they are such cheerful flowers.
I know enough to keep me out of trouble.
That's always a good thing :^)
Hi WS,
It'd be nice to see this in the dark with a candle in it:)
Mine also has scaling or something in the bottom of 'bowl' i couldn't clean off, I'd assumed it was from old wax, as there were remnants of wax in it when I got it. Whether wax can cause that to happen though i don't know.
Wax shouldn't have any effect on glass, who knows what may have been in it at some time. With a candle sitting in it no one will know but you.
Thanks WS,
I thought it unlikely wax would do that. Maybe it had some water left in it at sometime. As you say though, it doesn't show or spoil its beauty:)
Thanks for the love racer4four & Antiquehunter1 .
How funny, I just saw 2 posted items of the same color glass with the controlled bubbles. It was said to be Murano Glass. I also see that you posted this a year ago and was wondering if you have found more of the same since then? This is really nice, I love the controlled bubble pattern and would imagine the expertise needed to create this. Wow!
candle holder - love the color green with the controlled bubbles
i even think it was made in Poland
Thanks for the love & your thoughts on this fine piece of glass shareurpassion.
I've not found any other examples of it, but would love to find one more.
Thanks for the love cactuscorner & I appreciate your thoughts & input.
