I don't know much about this piece. It was an inheritance. From my research I think it is a Van Briggle Depsondency Lorelei. If anyone can tell me about this piece I would appreciate it!

According to the following article, the pieces marked "A A" are pre 1910 and the most prized.

Your piece is called Despondency (Lorelei has a female form). Despondency was designed by Artus Van Briggle in 1900 and has been made almost continuously to this day. It was assigned design #9 and was originally 14" in height. Nearly all Van Briggle pieces are marked with the conjoined A's so this is not an accurate way to date them. The bottom markings and color of the clay appear to date your vase to the 1930s. The glaze color is called Ming Turquoise. There appear to be some condition issues with your vase that would affect the value somewhat but pieces from this period are still highly desired by collectors and I would expect your vase to have an auction value of $400-$600. Hope this helps.
