UNFORTUNATELY the original of these were an aluminium cast and they became pitted over the years. You can get them re-coated and PIQUOT are still in production now.They make this model again and it is very popular in the new material

Hi ATTWOOD :) I have one of these too ! It's in very rough shape though and the wood is faded. The company in England will actually polish and restore the teak handles it if you want to spend the money.

Thanks for the love. I don't think my daughter wanted to spend the money.I think she is going to sell it.
She has an eye for art deco Even though she doesnt collect it.I am sure when she has her own home She will include some collector pieces.It,s in the blood!
