"Hi Kevin. That is unmistakeably the work of the noted West Australian glass artist Gene Polt (now deceased)."
Thought I'd add some more pix to show the nature of the glass on this vase whatever candlestick.

The others were outdoors and these were at sunset at home. Different effect of light on the piece. These are definitely softer and more appealing.
Great light and camera work.

Thank you Kevin I now see what you mean, sorry it took awhile as trying to catch up everywhere always takes me ages. I hope all is going well, looking forward to rain being fine during day & just coming down at night the way it seems to be latley until I pull the camera out. I still have relatives down that way
Thanks ZOWIE!
Many thanks VINTAGEFRAN!
I defiantly am seeing my Emails more then the once today as I was here not so long ago but these new lines up here have a lot to be said for. Always on about 3G & I have a 4G ask them in the shop the other day what the problem could be all she said was to bring it in & they would look. I tried to explain to her that it was just in the shop & nothing should be wrong with it & she wasn't letting it go at that insisting I bring it in when I asked her if it was going to be free you could see her trying not to laugh so I told her bluntly if anything was wrong it was all due to them doing a lousy job. Not liked.
