I Have A Beautiful Vintage Wood Secretary Desk That Was My Late Grandmothers She Bought This Item In The 1970s. I Think It May Be A Wooton Desk But I'm Not Positive. I Do Know That She Paid Quite A Bit For This Item.

It looks like a reproduction piece, more detailed pictures of it would help.
I agree with walksoftly on both counts. Looks like a repro from the joinery. Better pictures more close up would help especially the hardware, joints and the cashier decal.
