This Betty Boop pocket watch was made by E Ingraham Co. with copyright from the Fleischer Studios, Inc. . The Serial No. 10 34 dates it to October 1934. Betty is pictured on the dial wearing a black outfit, black garter and long black gloves acting as the hour and minute hands. The case back is die-embossed showing Betty with her dog Bimbo. Being one of the most famous sex symbols on the animated screen at the time, most parents felt this pocket watch was inappropriate for their children, hence, very few were sold and survived.

Nice one George! So what did you guys decide on the top 10 pocket watches?
Thanks Adam! My top 10 at the moment are the ones I don't have lol. Namely, Mickey alarm, Tom Mix, Dizzy, Rudy Nebb, FDR, Al Horen Mickey, non -animated Jeff Arnold, 34 Popeye, Goody Store Donald and ingersoll Coke.... in no particular order! What are yours?
That's a rare list! I'm currently just searching for original boxes for Tom Mix, Betty, FDR and a few early world's fair.
What Ingersoll Coke and mickey alarm are you looking for?
Oh, I finally found an original ad for Betty!
I'd call you bad name......but :-)
Kerry, whats your Top 10? I know Betty has the No.1 spot!
