My guess would be somewhere in Ireland (Sligo is a city there) and because of the clover stamp? I'm just guessing but maybe a start?

My aunt has almost the same dogs With gold collars, she got from her aunt. CPC Sligo on the collars also. But there is no stamp on the bottom. I've searched everywhere but can't find anything.
