I don't know how old it is but Arklow potteries ceased in the 80's I love the crispness of the colour we've had it years ??
If it is a steiff bear it will have a button in its ear and could be very valuable its beautiful just what a teddy should look like.
By the way what does a pick job mean?
I only know TPH made the case the watchmaker normally the name on the face pocketwatches sell really well in the uk i can see this being worth £300 to £500 sterling at auction good luck.
I just found the watchcase maker TPH it is Thomas Peter Hewitt and he was from Lancashire UK hope this helps.
The case of this watch was made in chester in the uk 1909 (A)
Dont use a knife slide a finger nail in usually a place on the side or pull top winder up Nenagh is in county Tipperary
