This is a great early office interior. The calendar on the wall dates the image to FEB of 1903.
The gentleman has a typiwriter on his desk along with a phone. Additionally, he has a large drafting table with T- square and other drawing tools visible.

I'm with Bratt, first thing I thought of was how big he was.
Agree bratjdd, it is a very "crowded" image in general-- lots of stuff everywhere!
