    This is a railroad key that I dug up when I was about 10 years old. I dug it up in my backyard. What does A.G.S.RY stand for? I know that RY stands for rail yard. I live in Alabama if that helps.

      Thanks for sharing this. I love old keys no matter what their origin. I collected old clock and furniture keys for years. If I were younger I would keep it going. Old keys are always in demand, no matter the economy. If you have an antique clock or piece of furniture and I have the key guess who wins when it comes to price?

      I believe the S says it's a switch key.
