I collect old tools and kitchen scales, I enjoy doing up old furniture and saving these from going into landfill. Some I cannot save but will keep the wood handles, hinges etc so that particular piece still lives on. I love the character of the old stuff and if there is story with it even better, I have a beautiful old jarrah work bench in my shed and have written the old mans name on the back he helped his dad make it many years ago his age has caught up with him is how I managed to buy it, just love the character and the history behind them.
