Those are very similar to "Scoop Chairs"... http://prometheusreg.com/blog/post/the-inside-scoop-carter-bros.-scoop-chairs-200 I'd start from there...
The look very similar to a Jerry Johnson design...your chairs have an extra chrome piece though...
